地铁1号线全长16.1公里,共设13个车站,其中11个为地下车站。地下车站采用地下连续墙施工法,明挖施工的有8个车站,暗挖逆筑施工的有3个车站。车站大都为双层三跨(双柱)钢筋混凝土框架结构,侧墙分为单层地下墙和双层(地下墙和内衬墙)侧墙两种结构型式。车站基坑施工中,对其周围环境会产生不同程度的影响,其主要原因在于地下墙变位、坑底回弹及隆起。区间隧道中有长度约18.8公里(单线)的隧道采用外径为φ6.34m,引进的FCB土压平衡盾构施工,隧道衬砌环由6块钢筋混凝土管片组成。盾构施工多少会扰动地层而引起地面沉降,对地面沉降量进行预估,在设计和施工中采取相应的对策和措施。
Subway Line 1 a total length of 16.1 km, a total of 13 stations, of which 11 are underground stations. The underground station uses the diaphragm wall construction method. There are 8 stations for digging and 3 stations for underground excavation. Most of the stations are double-deck, three-span (double-column) reinforced concrete frame structures. The side walls are divided into two types of structures, single-wall underground wall and double-wall (underground wall and inner wall). The construction of the foundation pit of the station will have different degrees of impact on the surrounding environment. The main reasons are the displacement of the underground wall, the rebound at the bottom of the pit and the uplift. Interval tunnel has a length of about 18.8 kilometers (single) of the tunnel with an outer diameter of φ6.34m, the introduction of FCB earth pressure balance shield construction, the tunnel lining ring by the 6 pieces of reinforced concrete segments. The construction of the shield will disturb the formation to cause the subsidence of the ground and estimate the amount of ground subsidence. Corresponding countermeasures and measures should be taken in the design and construction.
