1工程概况地处苏州市的世茂沧浪新城,由宝带西路、范成大路、福运路、杨素路围合而成。该工程有8幢30层的高层住宅及1个地下可停上百辆轿车的大型停车库(见图1),总建筑面积约为19.09万m~2。高层住宅总高80~90 m,除底层层高为4.2 m外,其余各层均为3 m。因受住宅建筑面积及使用要求的限制,既要确保整个建筑具有一定的刚度,又要保证住房面积的有效使用,结构采用了剪力墙体系。剪力墙全部为落地、大开间布置,墙厚根据高度进行调整,抗震
1 Project Overview Located in Suzhou City, Canglang Canglang Metro, from Po Road West, Fancheng Road, Fortune Road, Yang Su Road, enclosed together. The project has eight 30-storey high-rise residential buildings and a large parking lot with 100 cars parked underground (see Figure 1) with a total gross floor area of approximately 190,900 m 2. The total height of high-rise residential buildings is 80-90 m, except that the height of the basement is 4.2 m and the remaining floors are all 3 m.
