目的：进一步分析探讨风湿性心脏病患者的临床护理措施和效果。方法：选取于2014年1月-2016年4月期间在我院接受治疗的风湿性心脏病患者92例，并随机分为参照组（45例）和实验组（47例），对分别应用常规护理和综合护理的效果进行对照研究。结果：实验组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分均明显低于参照组，护理满意度评分明显高于参照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：风湿性心脏病患者应用综合护理的效果十分理想，值得大力推广。“,”Objective: To analyze and investigate the clinical effects of nursing interventions in patients with rheumatic heart disease. Methods: in January 2014 --2016 during April in our hospital treated 92 patients with rheumatic heart disease were randomly divided into the reference group (n = 45) and experimental group (n = 47), respectively, for conventional applications the effect of care and comprehensive care were compared. Results: The experimental group patients SDS scores, SAS scores were signiifcantly lower than the reference group, care satisfaction scores signiifcantly higher than the reference group, the difference was signiifcant, statistically signiifcant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of the application of rheumatic heart disease in patients with comprehensive care is very good, it is worth promoting.
