中职法律教学一直面临的难点是法律课程内容形式的单一与学生理解力、兴趣度之间的矛盾使得中职学生掌握法律内容、领会法律精神成为此类较难攻克的难点。本文拟从教学方法入手,通过对347个样本历时两年教学方法的探索,总结了案例教学法、情景模拟法、项目教学法以及信息技术在实践中的问题和运用时的问题和解决方向,以期能为中职法律教学提供有益借鉴。
The difficulties that secondary vocational law teaching has been facing are the single form of legal course content and the students’ comprehension. The contradiction between the degree of interest makes secondary vocational school students grasp the legal content and understand the spirit of law as the difficult points to be overcome. This article intends to start with the teaching method, and through the exploration of 347 teaching samples which lasted for two years, summed up the problems and solutions of the case teaching method, scenario simulation method, project teaching method and information technology in practice and their application. In order to provide useful reference for law teaching in secondary vocational schools.
