钒的光度分析已有评述,其中杂环偶氮化合物是测定钒的一类重要显色剂,常用的5-Br-PADAP与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应报导指出:借形成三元混配络合物能提高方法的选择性和灵敏度。而噻唑偶氮二乙基氨基酚(TADAP)与5-Br-PADAP性能相似,但此特征尚未见报导。试验表明:在pH0.5—2.0时,钒(Ⅴ)与TADAP和过氧化氢形成稳定的1:1:1蓝紫色三元络合物,灵敏度与选择性都较好。方法简便,用于天然水中微量钒的测定,获得较好的结果。
The photometric analysis of vanadium has been reviewed. Heterocyclic azo compounds are a kind of important chromogenic reagent for the determination of vanadium. The reports of the color reaction of 5-Br-PADAP with vanadium (V) Complexes increase the selectivity and sensitivity of the method. While thiazole azo diethylamino phenol (TADAP) and 5-Br-PADAP similar performance, but this feature has not been reported. The results show that vanadium (V) forms a stable 1: 1: 1 blue-violet ternary complex with TADAP and hydrogen peroxide at pH 0.5-2.0, and has good sensitivity and selectivity. The method is simple and convenient for the determination of trace vanadium in natural water and obtains good results.
