On June 6, the Group entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Evenflo. Evenflo is principally engaged in the design, development, production, marketing and sale of baby durable goods such as Evenflo, ExerSaucer and Snugli. The acquisition consideration is approximately US $ 143.0 million (equivalent to approximately HK $ 1,108.6 million).
