合成了二硫化二（Ｎ，Ｎ－１，４－亚丁基）秋兰姆（简称 ＢＩＴＤＳ），以它为中性载体，并嵌入类脂双层膜中，制成了铂支撑的双层类脂膜生物传感器．实验结果表明，该传感器对铜离子具有好的选择性和灵敏度，线性响应范围为 １０~-5～１０~-2 ｍｏｌ／Ｌ Ｃｕ~2+，响应斜率为 ３２ ｍＶ／ｐＣ．
(N, N-1,4-butylene) thiuram (abbreviated as BITDS) was synthesized as a neutral carrier and embedded in a lipid bilayer membrane to make a platinum-supported bilayer Lipid biosensors. The experimental results show that the sensor has good selectivity and sensitivity to copper ions. The linear response range is 10 ~ -5 ~ 10 ~ -2 mol / L Cu ~ 2 + and the response slope is 32 mV / pC.
