在新型城镇化与经济新常态的国家发展新背景下,“产城融合”成为了有明确政策指向的理念要求。在经济发达地区已开始存量调整的同时,西部山地地区尚有增量空间,但同时也受资源环境紧约束的控制。本文通过解读“产城融合”理念指向和内涵,探索适合山地地区产业园区发展的规划策略,以期为广大西部山地城市合理优化城市增量空间、产业园区转型跨越发展提供规划管控的参考策略。 Under the background of new national development of new urbanization and new normalcy of economy, “integration of industrial and urban areas ” has become a requirement of a clear policy direction. While economically developed regions have already started to readjust their stocks, there is still room for growth in the western mountainous regions, but they are also under the tight control of the resource and environment. This paper explores the planning strategies suitable for the development of industrial parks in mountainous areas by interpreting the concept of “integration between production and urban areas” and aims to provide planning control strategies for the optimization of urban incremental space in the vast western mountainous cities and the transitional development of industrial parks .
