基于电控柴油机ECU的软硬件结构,分析和探讨高压共轨系统核心电路的EMC问题,从电路控制和PCB布板两方面对其进行电磁兼容性设计。台架实验表明,改进后的高压共轨系统核心驱动模块的抗干扰性能已能够满足车用柴油机的电磁环境。
Based on the software and hardware structure of the ECU, the EMC problems of the core circuit of the high voltage common rail system are analyzed and discussed. The EMC design of the core circuit is carried out from the aspects of circuit control and PCB layout. The bench test shows that the improved anti-interference performance of the core drive module of the high-voltage common-rail system has been able to meet the electromagnetic environment of the diesel engine for vehicles.
