油气管道的雷电和静电防御是一项复杂的系统工作,包括直击雷防护、电涌防护、接地及等电位防护等措施。以兰郑长输油管道(甘肃段)场站防雷防静电工作为例,应用综合防雷与防静电理论,采用模拟雷电流等效电路的方法,通过详细的电路分析与数值计算,对隐患产生的后果进行评估,为油气管道场站的接地、等电位、屏蔽、电涌与静电防护提供了全面的整改方案。采用该整改方案近3年来,兰郑长输油管道(甘肃段)无任何雷电与静电事故发生,完善的安全措施最大限度地避免了事故的发生,为管道的安全运营提供了可靠的技术保障。
Lightning and electrostatic defense of oil and gas pipelines is a complex system of work, including direct lightning protection, surge protection, grounding and equipotential protection and other measures. Taking the anti-static and anti-static work in the site of Lanzhengchang Oil Pipeline (Gansu section) as an example, a comprehensive lightning protection and anti-static theory is applied to simulate the lightning current equivalent circuit. The perfect safety measures have avoided the accident to the maximum extent and provided a reliable technical guarantee for the safe operation of the pipeline.
