在当前建设社会主义和谐社会的新时期,加强师德建设具有很强的重要性和紧迫性。处于不同时代的马克思主义经典作家和党的三代领导人从不同的视角和方法出发,对师德问题进行了深入的探索并形成了丰富的思想。可以概括为:志存高远,政治立场坚定;敬业爱生,忠诚于人民的教育事业;为人师表,教书与育人并重;开拓创新,全面推进素质教育;严谨笃学,繁荣发展科技文化事业。关于师德问题的这些基本观点和分析方法为我们当前加强师德建设提供了重要理论资源和方法论指导。
In the new period of building a socialist harmonious society, strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality is of great importance and urgency. Starting from different perspectives and methods, the class leaders of Marxism in different periods and the party’s three generations of leaders have conducted in-depth exploration of the teacher’s morality and formed rich thoughts. Can be summed up as follows: ambitious, political firm; dedicated love, loyal to the people’s education; as a teacher, teaching and educating people; pioneering and innovative, and comprehensively promote the quality of education; rigorous Benedictine, prosperity and development of science and technology and culture. These basic views and analytical methods on the issue of teacher’s morality provide important theoretical resources and methodological guidance for us to strengthen the construction of teacher’s morality.
