用均相茂金属催化剂(n-Bu)Cp2ZrCl2/MAO对1-癸烯的齐聚合进行了研究。探讨了齐聚温度、Al/Zr摩尔比值、助催化剂、反应时间及催化剂浓度对齐聚反应的影响。采用GC-MS、GC和13CNMR对齐聚物的组成和结构进行了表征。GC-MS和GC的分析结果表明所得齐聚物是由二聚体、三聚体、四聚体和五聚体组成。13CNMR分析结果表明1-癸烯齐聚时存在键接异构,主要是头-尾键接的1,2插入,也存在头-头、尾-尾键接的2,1插入。
The oligomerization of 1-decene was investigated using a homogeneous metallocene catalyst (n-Bu) Cp2ZrCl2 / MAO. The influence of oligomerization temperature, molar ratio of Al / Zr, cocatalyst, reaction time and catalyst concentration on the oligomerization reaction was discussed. The composition and structure of oligomers were characterized by GC-MS, GC and 13CNMR. The results of GC-MS and GC analysis showed that the resulting oligomers consisted of dimers, trimers, tetramers and pentamers. The results of 13CNMR show that there exists the bonding heterogeneity in the oligomerization of 1-decene, mainly the 1,2-insertion of the head-tail bond and the 2,1 insertion of the head-tail and tail-tail bond.
