建立健全企业党建工作考核和评价体系是推动党建责任制落实的重要措施。党建工作涉及到企业方方面面,纳入考核的事项非常繁杂,在内容设计上需要结合实际、抓住关键、突出重点、合理设置指标权重,引导资源向关键环节配置,促使党建工作服务生产经营不偏离。本文以完全竞争、科技型国有企业党建工作为例,通过分析新时期该企业党建工作考核和评价中面临的主要问题,结合支部“五化”建设理念,科学提出改进评价体系原则和构建党建工作评价指标体系,完善企业党建工作评价体系。
Establishing and improving the evaluation and appraisal system of party building in enterprises is an important measure to promote the implementation of the responsibility system of party building. The party building work involves all aspects of the enterprise. The items included in the assessment are very complicated. In terms of content design, we must combine the actual situation, seize the key points, highlight the key points, set the index weights reasonably, guide the allocation of resources to the key links and promote the party building and service production and management.
