目的研究姜黄药材的质量。方法观察姜黄药材的外观性状、显微特征,检测水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、挥发油及姜黄素含量。结果各产地姜黄药材的各项检测结果均存在差异,HPLC测定姜黄素的含量为1.19%~5.13%;药材各项常规检测结果均符合2010年版药典要求,建议其酸不溶性灰分限量应不超过3%;获得其红外特征吸收峰及其IR的相似度为0.9923~0.8206,建议其IR相似度的阈值为0.80。结论所用鉴别方法专属性强、灵敏度高;定量方法简便快速、准确且重复性好,可为姜黄的质量评价提供参考。
Objective To study the quality of turmeric herbs. Methods The appearance and microscopic characteristics of turmeric herbs were observed. The contents of moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, extracts, volatile oil and curcumin were measured. Results The results of turmeric samples from different producing areas were different. The content of curcumin was 1.19% ~ 5.13% by HPLC. The results of routine tests of medicinal materials were in accordance with the requirements of the 2010 edition of Pharmacopoeia. It was suggested that the limit of acid insoluble ash should not exceed 3 %. The similarity of the infrared absorption peak and its IR is 0.9923 ~ 0.8206. The threshold of IR similarity is 0.80. Conclusion The identification method used is characterized by high specificity and high sensitivity. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of turmeric.
