以云南省德宏州景颇族为例,针对党和政府在对边境少数民族反贫困进行无偿援助与全权负责的同时,对少数民族群众的自我发展能力的培养,没有得到与物质帮助同等重视程度的关注和研究,明确边境少数民族要想摆脱贫困,不应该光靠政府以及其他社会组织的援助,而应从骨子里转变观念,着手自我发展能力的培育,掌握真正的生存技能。 Taking Jingpo in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example, the party and government are not paying the same amount of attention and assistance to ethnic minorities for their ability to self-development while providing free and complete assistance to them. It is clear that in order to get out of poverty, border ethnic minorities should not rely solely on the assistance of the government and other social organizations. Instead, they should change their mindset and start cultivating their self-development ability to acquire real survival skills.
