为比较微生物浊度法和管碟法测定吉他霉素效价,以《中国药典》(2015年版)吉他霉素抗生素微生物检定法浊度法和《中国兽药典》(2010年版)吉他霉素抗生素微生物检定法管碟法为依据测定一批吉他霉素效价。结果显示:浊度法测定效价平均值为1691 U/mg,RSD为0.9%;管碟法测定效价平均值为1687 U/mg,RSD为1.0%,两种方法测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本实验表明,浊度法测定吉他霉素效价与管碟法相比更加快速、便捷,而且可避免吉他霉素多组分的影响因素。
To compare the titer of the streptomycin with the turbidimetric method and the plate-and-tube method, the titer of the titer of the streptomycin was determined by the turbidity method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition), the titer of the streptomycin by the method of microbiology of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010) Microbiological assay tube plate method based on a number of determination of the titer of the katamycin. The results showed that the average titer of turbidimetric method was 1691 U / mg and the RSD was 0.9%. The average titer of plate and tube method was 1687 U / mg and the RSD was 1.0%. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). This experiment shows that the determination of titer by turbidity method is faster and more convenient than tube-plate method, and it can avoid the influencing factors of multi-component of gentamicin.
