1840 William Morgan documents the destructive power of volcanic eruptions, and ancient volcanic activity can be used to study modern climate change models. Just before the dinosaurs were destroyed 200 million years ago, a catastrophe made most of the Earth’s creatures extinct. The mainstream research theory is that large-scale volcanic eruptions, triggering the ancient continent was torn into a separate continent. A study by Dominos College in Southern California further confirmed the theory, and so rapid climate changes have an impact on life on Earth. With the lava flow, volcanic eruptions release large quantities of CO2, greatly damaging the ecosystem.
