目的:筛查卵巢癌细胞系中差异表达蛋白,寻找与卵巢癌发生发展相关的基因。方法:体外培养卵巢癌细胞系SKOV-3、A2780、OVCA433、OVCA420和正常卵巢细胞系IOSE386,利用蛋白阵列方法分析卵巢癌细胞系和正常卵巢细胞系中蛋白表达的差异性;利用QUANTITY 1分析软件分析图片结果,并对图片结果进行统计学分析。结果:分析发现卵巢癌细胞系中17种蛋白的表达水平相对于正常卵巢细胞系差异有统计学意义。结论:卵巢癌细胞系和正常卵巢细胞系存在着差异表达蛋白,这些蛋白可能与卵巢癌的发生发展存在着一定的相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To screen differentially expressed proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines and search for genes related to the development of ovarian cancer. METHODS: The ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV-3, A2780, OVCA433, OVCA420 and normal ovarian cell line IOSE386 were cultured in vitro. The protein expression was analyzed by protein array. The differences of protein expression between ovarian cancer cell lines and normal ovarian cell lines were analyzed by QUANTITY 1 software Analysis of the picture results, and the results of the statistical analysis. Results: The results showed that the expression levels of 17 proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines were significantly different from those in normal ovary cells. Conclusion: Ovarian cancer cell lines and normal ovarian cell lines exist differentially expressed proteins, which may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
