运用响应曲面法优化黄芩苷-β-环糊精包合物(黄芩苷-β-CD)的制备工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以β-CD与黄芩苷的比例、包合时间、包合温度为考察因素,采用响应曲面法优化包合工艺条件,模拟得到黄芩苷-β-CD包合率的二次回归方程模型。结果:最优包合条件是β-CD与黄芩苷的比例为2.51、包合时间1.57 h、包合温度63.79℃,包合率的实测结果 (89.83%)与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值(90.22%)符合性良好。表明采用响应曲面法建立的黄芩苷-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺包合率高,回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。
Optimization of the preparation of baicalin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (baicalin-β-CD) by response surface methodology. On the basis of single-factor experiments, the ratio of β-CD to baicalin, the inclusion time and the inclusion temperature were taken as the factors to investigate, and the inclusion process conditions were optimized by response surface methodology.
