耕地作为不可再生的资源,是人类赖以生存和发展的基础。我国耕地面积少,可开发的耕地资源不足,因此合理的利用土地,走耕地可持续发展的路线,增加耕地产出势在必行。本文采用DEA超效率模型分析阜康市耕地生产效率,将阜康市所辖60个行政村作为评价单元,将农业机械总动力、农用化肥施用量、农作物总播种面积、农业从业人员数作为耕地生产效率评价的投入变量,将阜康市农业生产总值作为产出变量,测度阜康市所辖行政村的耕地生产效率,发现其耕地生产效率的时空分异规律。
As a non-renewable resource, cultivated land is the foundation on which human beings depend for existence and development. In our country, the cultivated area is small and there is not enough arable land available for exploitation. Therefore, it is imperative to make rational use of land, follow the path of sustainable development of cultivated land and increase the output of arable land. In this paper, the DEA super-efficiency model was used to analyze the productivity of cultivated land in Fukang City. Taking 60 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Fukang as evaluation units, the total agricultural machinery power, the amount of agricultural chemical fertilizer, the total sown area of agricultural crops and the number of agricultural workers were used as cultivated land Input variable of production efficiency evaluation, take the agricultural output value of Fukang City as the output variable to measure the cultivated land productivity of the administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Fukang City, and find out the law of spatial and temporal differentiation of cultivated land productivity.
