初中阶段是个体由不成熟向成熟发展的转折期,是独立性、自觉性和幼稚性错综矛盾的时期,面临巨大的生理、心理和社会环境的变化,这些变化对初中生的身心健康会产生巨大的影响。仫佬族是我国一个人口比较少的山地民族,总人口约15.9万,近90%聚居于广西罗城仫佬族自治县。该研究的目的是了解仫佬族初中生心理健康状况,为仫佬族初中学校开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。
The junior middle school is the turning point of the individual from immature to mature. It is a period of intricate contradictions between independence, conscientiousness and naiveness. It faces huge changes in the physiological, psychological and social environments. These changes will have an impact on the physical and mental health of junior middle school students big influence. Mulam is a mountainous ethnic group with relatively small population in China, with a total population of about 159,000. Nearly 90% live in Lucheng Mulao Autonomous County, Guangxi. The purpose of this study is to understand the mental health of junior middle school students in Gelao and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out mental health education in junior middle schools.
