目的:观察巴曲酶注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗极重度突发性聋的有效性和安全性。方法:将56例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组,在基础治疗相同情况下,治疗组使用巴曲酶注射液联合前列地尔、对照组单独使用前列地尔,疗程10 d,观察2组患者听力及伴随症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组对极重度突发性聋听力改善的总有效率为70.0%,对照组为46.1%,2组间比较,差异有极显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),对伴随症状改善治疗组优于对照组。同时临床观察期间的2组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:巴曲酶注射液联合前列地尔治疗极重度突发性聋是具有良好的疗效且安全性好,值得临床推广。 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Batroxobin injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of very severe sudden deafness.
