常染色体显性遗传早发性扭转痉挛基因定位于９ｑ３４，命名为 ＤＹＴ_１基因，已发现患者及携带者均存在同一类型的基因缺失，即ＤＹＴ_１基因保守区ＧＡＧＧＡＧ缺失一个ＧＡＧ。本文就其近几年分子生物学进展进行综述。
Autosomal dominant early torsion spasm gene located in 9q34, named DYT_1 gene, found in patients and carriers are the same type of gene deletion, that is, the conserved region of the DYT_1 gene GAGGAG deletion of a GAG. This article reviews the progress of molecular biology in recent years.
