有限元仿真在汽车耐撞性研究中发挥着越来越大的作用,而有限元模型中材料模型参数的设置精度对于仿真结果的可信度有着直接的影响。为了确定材料模型中的几个重要参数的设置偏差对于仿真结果的影响,以帽形梁碰撞刚性墙为例,研究了材料的弹性模量、屈服强度、应变率效应参数等材料模型参数的设置对于仿真得到的零件变形过程、零件吸能特性以及碰撞力变化的影响。结果发现,弹性模量设置偏差对于仿真结果影响很小,而屈服强度与应变率效应参数的设置偏差对仿真结果影响很大,在碰撞仿真中应该保持其精度。
Finite element simulation plays more and more important role in the study of automobile crashworthiness, and the setting accuracy of the material model parameters in the finite element model has a direct impact on the credibility of simulation results. In order to determine the influence of the setting deviation of several important parameters in the material model on the simulation results, a set of material model parameters such as the elastic modulus, yield strength and strain rate effect parameters of the material was studied. For the simulation of the part deformation process, the part of the energy absorption characteristics and the impact of changes in impact. The results show that the setting deviation of elastic modulus has little effect on the simulation results, while the setting deviation of the yield strength and strain rate effect parameters has a great influence on the simulation results, and the precision should be maintained in the crash simulation.
