体外培养的细粒棘球蚴生发细胞经甲苯达唑(Meb)1.0阿苯达娃(Alb)2.5和吡喹酮(Pra)10.0μg/ml分别作用48、24和72h后,细胞的增殖均明显被抑制,且作用强度与体内疗效试验的结果相一致,即Meb>Alb>Pra。另11个化合物用体外培养的生发细胞测试时,生发细胞的增殖被抑制与否,亦与感染小鼠体内疗效试验的结果相吻合。初步认为体外培养的生发细胞可用以初筛抗包虫药物。
