目的 探讨抗氧化剂对甲基汞诱导的脂质过氧化的拮抗作用。方法 运用硫代巴比妥酸比色法 ,检测了谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、羧乙基锗倍半氧化物 (Ge- 132 )、维生素 C(Vit C)等对甲基汞在体外诱导的大鼠脂质过氧化产物 (L PO)的影响。结果与阳性对照组相比 ,2、4、6 m mol/L GSH组大脑、小脑和肝组织匀浆中 L PO含量均显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;0 .5、1.0、1.5、2 .0 g/L Ge- 132组以及 0 .2 5、0 .30、0 .35、0 .40 g/L Vit C组小脑和肝中 L PO含量显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 三种抗氧化剂在一定的浓度下均能抑制甲基汞诱导的脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the antagonistic effect of antioxidants on methylmercury-induced lipid peroxidation. Methods Thiobarbituric acid colorimetry was used to detect the in vitro induction of methylmercury by glutathione (GSH), carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) and vitamin C Of rat lipid peroxidation product (L PO). Results Compared with the positive control group, the content of L PO in the cerebrum, cerebellum and liver homogenate of 2,4,6 m mol / L GSH group was significantly decreased (P <0.05); 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 , 2.0 g / L Ge-132 group and 0.25, 0.030, 0.35, 0.40 g / L Vit C group, the content of L PO in cerebellum and liver was significantly decreased (P <0.05 ). Conclusion All three antioxidants can inhibit methylmercury-induced lipid peroxidation at a certain concentration.
