检验用的标准平板,其平面度要求很高。为了保证精度要求,目前国内仍然采取人工刮削的方法。从工艺角度说,在刮削中常遇到一些特例。 一、以大研小小不平 以大平板为基准研点刮小平板,结论是小平板呈凸状。合格的小平板放在合格的大平板上研点,显示的结果是小平板中间虚,周边硬,而且很明显,从理论上讲,两个标准平面相互对研应显示良好,而实际却不然。原因是:
