目的 :考察不同温度下 ,注射用异环磷酰胺与头孢噻肟钠在 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定异环磷酰胺与头孢噻肟钠配伍后 2 4h内各时间的含量 ,同时观察外观变化并测定 pH值。 结果 :两药在 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后 ,异环磷酰胺在不同温度下 2 4h内的含量在 97.48%以上。头孢噻肟钠随着时间的推移有水解 ,呈一级反应规律 0℃～ 4℃ ,T0 .9=76 .85h ,2 5℃T0 .9=2 1.96h ,37℃T0 .9=3.96h。结论 :两药配伍后异环磷酰胺比较稳定
Objective: To investigate the stability of compatibility of ifosfamide and cefotaxime sodium in 0.9% sodium chloride injection at different temperatures. Methods: The content of ifosfamide and cefotaxime sodium within 24 hours after compatibility was determined by RP-HPLC, and the change of appearance and the determination of pH value were also observed. Results: The compatibility of two drugs in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection, ifosfamide at different temperatures within 24 hours of content of more than 97.48%. Cefotaxime sodium hydrolyzed with time, the reaction was the first order 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃, T0 .9 = 76 .85h, 25 ℃ T0 .9 = 2 1.96h, 37 ℃ T0 .9 = 3.96h .
