现有的国内研究大多忽视包括私人借贷在内的教育借贷对学业表现的影响,本文试图弥补这一不足,并探索有资助需求者的资格界定方法,从而较为全面地评估教育借贷政策及其对教育机会均等和资助效率的影响。利用北京大学教育学院2004-2005年“高等学校本专科学生调查”的数据,研究发现教育借贷能够促进有资助需求者的学业表现,从而有助于人力资本积累和提高资助效率;与此相关的选择性偏差问题和政策意义也在文中进行了讨论。
Most of the existing domestic studies ignore the impact of education lending, including private lending, on academic performance. This article attempts to remedy this problem by exploring ways to define the qualifications of those who need it, so as to evaluate the policy of education lending more comprehensively. The equalization of educational opportunities and the efficiency of funding. Using data from Peking University’s Institute of Education 2004-2005, “The Survey of Colleges and Universities,” the study found that education lending can promote the academic performance of those with financial needs, thereby contributing to the accumulation of human capital and improving the efficiency of funding. With this Related issues of selectivity bias and policy implications are also discussed in the article.
