目的了解环太湖沿岸主要城市生活饮用水中微囊藻毒素-LR的污染状况,建立环太湖水源水及无锡、苏州和湖州自来水厂出厂水中MC-LR浓度的时间分辨荧光免疫分析方法(TRFIA)。方法将偶联牛血清白蛋白的MC-LR包被96孔板,密封抽真空后,加入MC-LR标准溶液或样品,再加入抗MC-LR兔血清后用全自动TRFIA检测仪测量,通过标准曲线计算样品中MC-LR的含量。结果环太湖水源水MC-LR检出率为60.0%,平均浓度仅0.390μg/L,自来水厂出厂水检出率为28.8%,其中全年检出最大量1.95μg/L。结论太湖水存在藻毒素污染的问题,但是水质符合国家标准。
Objective To understand the status of microcystin-LR in drinking water of major cities along the coast of Taihu Lake and to establish a time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) method for determination of MC-LR in water from Taihu Lake source water and Wuxi, Suzhou and Huzhou waterworks. . Methods MC-LR coupled with bovine serum albumin was coated on a 96-well plate, sealed and evacuated, then added with MC-LR standard solution or sample, and then added with anti-MC-LR rabbit serum and measured with an automatic TRFIA detector The standard curve calculates the amount of MC-LR in the sample. Results The detection rate of MC-LR in Taihu Lake source water was 60.0% and the average concentration was only 0.390μg / L. The detection rate of ex-factory water in the waterworks was 28.8%, of which the maximum was 1.95μg / L in the whole year. Conclusion There is the problem of algal toxin pollution in Taihu Lake, but the water quality conforms to the national standard.
