大庆油田聚合物驱和三元复合驱中普遍采用冰醋酸次氯酸钠浊度法测定 H P A M 浓度,由于应用条件复杂多变,测定结果的准确性不好。实验考察了 H P A M 的水解度、分子量、水质、碱( Ha O H) 、表面活性剂 O R S41 及 H P A M生产厂家( 生产工艺) 对测定结果的影响,发现除 O R S41 外,其余因素的影响都很大,这使实际生产中很难制作出合乎该法要求的标准工作曲线。各种因素的影响和不合要求的标准工作曲线结合在一起,造成了不准确的测定结果。现在使用的 H P A M 浓度测定方法必须加以改进。
In the polymer flooding and ternary flooding in Daqing Oilfield, the concentration of H P A M was generally determined by the turbidimetric method of glacial acetic acid-sodium hypochlorite. Due to the complicated and varied application conditions, the accuracy of the determination results was not good. The influence of H P A M’s degree of hydrolysis, molecular weight, water quality, base (Ha O H), surfactant O R S41 and H P A M manufacturer (production process) on the determination results was investigated experimentally. R S 41, the impact of other factors are very large, making the actual production is difficult to produce in line with the requirements of the standard working curve. The impact of various factors and unacceptable standard working curve together, resulting in inaccurate determination of the results. The H P A M concentration assay now used must be improved.
