研究了铜铝合金内氧化的热力学和动力学,实验研究了不同成分w(A1)为0.2%-1.2%铜铝合金在800-1000℃的内氧化过程.在实验的基础上,提出了氧化层厚度的动力学模型.研究表明,内氧化过程主要受到氧在内氧化层中扩散系数、氧在金属表面浓度以及合金成分的影响.
The thermodynamics and kinetics of internal oxidation in copper-aluminum alloy were studied. The internal oxidation process of copper-aluminum alloy with 0.2% -1.2% Cu-Al alloy at 800-1000 ℃ was studied experimentally. Based on the experiment, a kinetic model of oxide thickness is proposed. The results show that the internal oxidation process is mainly affected by the diffusion coefficient of oxygen in the inner oxide layer, the concentration of oxygen on the surface of the metal and the composition of the alloy.
