一、会议概况全国住宅建筑设计经验交流会于1974年9月5日至16日在北京召开。会议以批林批孔为纲,回顾了建国二十五年来全国住宅建设的伟大成就,总结和交流了经验,并提出了进一步改进住宅设计和建设方面的意见。会议是经国家建委批准,由建筑科学研究院主持的。参加会议的有各省、市、自治区和中央有关各部的同志,有大庆、大寨的同志,还有房管部门和大专院校的同志,共有正式代表98人。此外,还有北京部分单位的代表。交通部科技委、铁路基建局、还有第三铁路设计院参加了会议。在大会发言的代表有24人,全国各地送来丁90多种交流资料和图板270多块。第一、三铁路 I. Overview of the Conference The National Residential Building Design Experience Exchange Conference was held in Beijing from September 5th to 16th, 1974. The meeting focused on the approval of Lin Piao, reviewing the great achievements of nationwide housing construction in the 25 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, summarizing and exchanging experiences, and putting forward suggestions for further improving the design and construction of housing. The meeting was approved by the State Construction Commission and hosted by the Academy of Building Sciences. The conference was attended by comrades from various provinces, cities, autonomous regions, and central government departments. There were comrades from Daqing and Dazhai, comrades from the housing management department and colleges, and a total of 98 formal representatives. In addition, there are representatives of some units in Beijing. The Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Communications, the Railway Construction Bureau, and the Third Railway Design Institute attended the meeting.
