目的 :观察降纤酶对急性脑梗死患者D 二聚体的影响及神经功能改善情况。进一步探讨降纤酶的作用机制。方法 :检测降纤酶组及对照组 (各 30例 )治疗前后D 二聚体的含量 ,并于治疗前、治疗后 5d和 10d进行神经功能缺损的评分。结果 :降纤酶组治疗后D 二聚体含量较治疗前显著升高 ,神经功能缺损积分显著减少 ,与对照组相比差异显著。结论 :降纤酶可激活纤溶系统、降低纤维蛋白原而起抗栓作用。对急性脑梗死治疗效果肯定
Objective: To observe the effect of defibrase on D dimer and the improvement of neural function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. To further explore the mechanism of defibrase action. Methods: The content of D-dimer in defibrase group and control group (30 cases each) before and after treatment was measured. The score of neurological deficit was measured before treatment, 5 days and 10 days after treatment. Results: The content of D-dimer in defibrase group was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the score of neurological deficit was significantly decreased compared with the control group. Conclusion: Defibrase can activate fibrinolytic system, reduce fibrinogen and antithrombotic effect. The treatment of acute cerebral infarction effect is affirmed
