本文通过对动平衡系统动力学特性的分析,指出了在机器工作转速接近于系统共振频率时平衡发生困难的原因。在此基础上提出了克服这些困难的现场标定法,并给出了配重的大小和位置的计算方法。
In this paper, by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic balancing system, it points out the reasons for the difficulty of balancing when the operating speed of the machine is close to the system resonance frequency. On this basis, the on-site calibration method to overcome these difficulties is proposed, and the calculation method of the size and position of the counterweight is given.
