研究大叶马蹄香 (AsarummaximumHemsl.)根中的化学成分。方法 :用溶剂提取、色谱法分离大叶马蹄香的化学成分 ,并用理化常数和波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从大叶马蹄香根的乙醇提取物中分离到 5个黄酮类成分 ,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构分别为柚皮素 (Ⅰ ) ,柚皮素 5 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅱ ) ,柚皮素 5 ,7 O β D 2吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅲ ) ,4,2′,4′,6′ 四羟基查耳酮 2′ ,4′ 二 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (IV)和 4,2′ ,4′ ,6′ 四羟基查耳酮 2′ O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (V)。 结论 :上述化合物均为首次从该植物中获得 ,其中化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅳ ,Ⅴ为首次从细辛属植物中获得。
Study the chemical composition of the root of Asarum maximum Hemsl. Methods: The chemical constituents of E. grandis were separated by solvent extraction and chromatography, and their structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectroscopy. RESULTS: Five flavonoids were isolated from the ethanol extract of E. oleifera root. The structures were identified as naringenin (I) and naringenin 5 O β D glucopyranoside based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. (II), naringenin 5, 7 O β D 2 glucopyranoside (III), 4,2′,4′,6′ tetrahydroxychalcone 2′, 4′ di O β D glucopyranoside (IV) and 4,2’,4’,6’ tetrahydroxychalcone 2’O?D glucopyranoside (V). Conclusion : The above compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds II, IV and V were obtained for the first time from Asarum plants.
