利用近红外谷物分析仪对东北地区大豆品种(系)脂肪含量和蛋白质含量进行分析。结果表明:脂肪含量、蛋白质含量及蛋脂总量平均值不同年份间大致接近,三者中蛋白质含量具有更丰富的遗传多样性。不同地区间脂肪含量的分布规律:黑龙江省(吉林省(其它地区;蛋白质含量:其它地区(吉林省(黑龙江省;蛋脂总量:其它地区(吉林省(黑龙江省。早熟品种有利于脂肪含量的积累,晚熟和中熟品种在蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量的积累上具有优势。蛋白质与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关,蛋脂总量与蛋白质含量呈极显著正相关且相关系数稳定在0.97以上,蛋脂总量与脂肪含量呈显著负相关,但晚熟品种没有达到显著水平。品质性状和农艺性状的相关显著性和方向在不同熟期品种中不尽相同。经过筛选得到高油材料89份,高蛋白材料3份。
Near-infrared grain analyzer was used to analyze the fat content and protein content of soybean varieties (lines) in Northeast China.
