南黄海千里岩附近海域是千里岩隆起区地震活动较强烈的区域,对该区域新近获得的单道地震剖面的分析表明,海底第四纪沉积层中发育较多的褶皱和断层构造,断层以逆断层为主,褶皱则主要为平缓斜歪褶皱,为断层活动引起.褶皱和断层构造多形成于中更新世以前,千里岩断裂等部分断层最新活动至晚更新世,且具有生长断层的特征,反映了区域较强的活动性.研究区新近纪-中更新世的构造变形可能与南黄海最新一期构造运动有关,是区域构造应力场变化的产物.
The sea area near the Chili-Yan of the South Yellow Sea is an area with strong seismic activity in the Qianlianye uplift. Analysis of the newly acquired single-channel seismic section in this area shows that there are more folds and faults in the Quaternary sediments, The main faults are mainly reverse faults, and the folds are mainly gentle oblique folds, which are caused by fault activities.Folds and fault structures were formed mostly before the Middle Pleistocene, and the latest activities of some faults such as the Qianliyan fault were late Pleistocene with the characteristics of the growth faults , Reflecting the strong activity of the region.The tectonic deformation of the Neogene-Middle Pleistocene in the study area may be related to the latest tectonic movement in the southern Yellow Sea and is the product of the change of regional tectonic stress field.
