目的 研究羧甲基壳聚糖 - Cu2 +配合物对过氧化氢分解的催化性能及影响因素。 方法 利用水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖 (CMCS)在水溶液中与 Cu2 +形成 CMCS- Cu2 +配合物 ,并加入过氧化氢 ,在不同的 p H条件下放置 ,分别在不同时间取样用滴定法测定 H2 O2 的分解率。 结果 室温 (2 5℃ )下用 0 .6 % CMCS与 0 .12 % Cu Cl2 制备的 CMCS- Cu2 +配合物 ,在体系 p H为 4.0时 12 h对 6 % H2 O2 的分解率达 93.9% ,在体系 p H为 7.2时 6 h对 6 %H2 O2 的分解率达 92 .8% ,表现较强的催化活性。 结论 羧甲基壳聚糖 - Cu2 +配合物对过氧化氢分解有催化作用。
Objective To study the catalytic performance of carboxymethyl chitosan - Cu2 + complex on decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and its influencing factors. Methods CMCS-Cu2 + complexes with Cu2 + were prepared by water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS), and hydrogen peroxide was added to the mixture under different pH conditions. Samples were taken at different times with titration Determination of H2O2 decomposition rate. Results The CMCS-Cu2 + complexes prepared with 0.2% CMCS and 0.12% CuCl2 at room temperature (25 ℃) showed 93.9% decomposition rate of 6% H2 O2 at pH 12, , The decomposition rate of 6% H2 O2 reached 92.8% at 6 hours when p H was 7.2, which showed strong catalytic activity. Conclusion Carboxymethyl chitosan - Cu2 + complexes have a catalytic effect on the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
