目的了解祁阳县某中学一起群体性腹泻暴发的原因,为有效控制疫情提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查、实验室检验、危害因素调查,开展病例对照研究寻找出本次发病的危险因素。结果该起疫情发病37例,均有不同程度的腹泻、水样或脓血粘液便、腹痛、里急后重、发热等症状;2份病例粪便及1份肛拭子培养为福氏志贺菌阳性;患病学生均饮用过被污染的井水,抽检的水样大肠菌群均超标。抽检留样的学生餐大肠菌群、福氏志贺菌培养结果均阴性。结论本起细菌性痢疾暴发疫情是由于学生饮用了被福氏志贺菌污染的水源而引起。
Objective To understand the causes of mass diarrhea outbreak in a middle school in Qiyang County and provide a scientific basis for effective control of the outbreak. Methods The epidemiological survey, laboratory tests, the investigation of hazardous factors, and the case-control study were conducted to find out the risk factors of this incident. Results The onset of outbreaks in 37 cases, all have varying degrees of diarrhea, watery or pus and blood mucus, abdominal pain, tenesmus, fever and other symptoms; 2 cases of stool and 1 anal swab culture positive for Shigella flexneri; Sick students have been drinking well water contaminated, sampling of water samples of coliform bacteria were exceeded. Sample sampling students eat coliform bacteria, Shigella flexneri culture results were negative. Conclusion The outbreak of bacterial dysentery was caused by the students drinking water contaminated with Shigella flexneri.
