目的:建立HPLC法测定阿奇霉素及阿奇霉素胶囊的含量。方法:色谱柱为资生堂C_(18)MGⅡ柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸氢二钾8.7 g,加水溶解稀释成1000 ml,用磷酸调pH至8.2)(60:40)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长210 nm。结果:阿奇霉素在17.5~875.0μg·ml~(-1)的范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.47%(n=9)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、简便。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of azithromycin and azithromycin capsules. Methods: The column was Shiseido C_ (18) MGⅡ column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-phosphate buffer solution (8.7 g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution, diluted to 1000 ml with water and adjusted to pH 8.2 with phosphoric acid ) (60:40) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) and a detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results: Azithromycin had good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 17.5-875.0 μg · ml -1. The average recovery was 99.7%, RSD = 0.47% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and easy.
