在当今行情低迷的情况下,建议企业适当调低销售指标,更加务实和冷静,苦练内功,理性决定和行动,销售指标应该是业务员努力一把“够得着”的目标,而不是遥不可及的大饼!今年的农资市场行情不太妙最近看了陶氏益农等五大外企和国内部分上市企业的16年上半年业绩报表,惨不忍睹!外企和上市企业尚且如此惨淡,中小企业更不用说,要么是营业收入同期下滑,要么是净利润同期下滑,要么是销量和净利润双双下滑。现在我们了解到的同期增长的企业屈指可数,绝大部分企业今年都完不成年度指标/任务。
