根据省委、省政府的统一部署,徐州市从2004年开始进行了镇级农业服务体系改革和乡镇机构综合试点改革工作。通过改革,转变了政府职能,精简了机构和人员,取得明显成效。为深入了解各地改革工作现状,我们对镇级农业服务体系改革、乡镇机构综合改革试点情况进行了调研,现结合调研情况,谈几点看法。 According to the unified arrangements of the provincial party committee and government, Xuzhou City started from 2004 to carry out the reform of the town-level agricultural service system and the pilot reform of township organizations. Through the reform, we have transformed the functions of the government, streamlined institutions and personnel, and achieved remarkable results. In order to gain a better understanding of the current reform work in various places, we conducted a survey on the reform of the town-level agricultural service system and the comprehensive reform of township and town agencies.
