通过蓝花大叶醉鱼草组培快繁的实验,研究了对外植体的不同取材部位及不同激素种类、浓度对芽诱导及增殖的影响。结果表明,采用母株基部的茎段作外植体诱导率高,分化增殖系数大,在做不同激素对茎增殖比较中,生长素在其中起着决定作用。同时,筛选出最佳 分化培养基MS+ 6 - BA1-0 mg/l+ IBA0-05 mg/l,根的诱导培养基1/2 MS+ IBA0-5 mg/l,并对蓝花大叶醉鱼草组培中的一些问题进行了讨论
Through the experiment of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Buddleia grandiflora, we studied the effects of different materials and different hormone types and concentrations on bud induction and proliferation of explants.
