目的 :检测乳腺癌组织中Fas基因表达并探讨其临床意义。方法 :用流式细胞技术对 36例乳腺癌组织和癌旁乳腺组织中Fas抗原的表达进行检测。同时检测癌组织中细胞凋亡率。结果 :乳腺癌组织 (阳性细胞数 :941± 846 )和癌旁乳腺组织 (阳性细胞数 :5 6 0± 5 5 1)中均有Fas抗原表达 ,其表达水平有统计学差异(P <0 0 5 ) ,细胞凋亡率有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。有腋淋巴结转移的乳腺癌Fas抗原表达 (阳性细胞数 :181±5 9)明显低于无腋淋巴结转移者 (阳性细胞数 :132 0± 80 1) ,(P <0 0 5 ) ;乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体的表达与Fas抗原表达及细胞阳性细胞数凋亡率均无关。乳腺癌组织中Fas抗原表达与癌细胞凋亡率有显著相关性 (r =0 6 0 3,P <0 0 1)。结论 :乳腺癌和癌旁乳腺组织均可发生凋亡 ,Fas基因参与乳腺癌的发生和发展。采用特异性改变凋亡阈限的治疗方案 ,可能有利于改变乳腺癌的自然进程
Objective : To detect the expression of Fas gene in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods : The expression of Fas antigen in 36 breast cancer tissues and adjacent breast tissues was detected by flow cytometry. At the same time, the apoptosis rate in the cancer tissue was detected. RESULTS: Fas antigen expression was detected in breast cancer tissues (positive cell number: 941±846) and paracancerous breast tissue (positive cell number: 560±55.1), and the expression level was statistically different (P<0). 0 5), there was a significant difference in apoptosis rate (P <0 05). The expression of Fas antigen in breast cancer with axillary lymph node metastasis (positive cell number: 181±5 9) was significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis (positive cell number: 132 0± 80 1) (P < 0.05); The expression of estrogen receptor in tissues was not related to the expression of Fas antigen and the apoptosis rate of cell positive cells. Fas antigen expression in breast cancer tissues was significantly correlated with the apoptosis rate of cancer cells (r=0 60 3, P <0 01). Conclusion: Apoptosis can occur in both breast cancer and adjacent breast tissue. Fas gene is involved in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Using treatment programs that specifically alter the apoptotic threshold may help change the natural course of breast cancer
