针对碳腈氯纶纤维静电大、抱合性差、纤维刚性强等特点设计了3种不同类型的纺纱油剂,油剂1#为阴离子型,油剂2#为阳离子型,油剂3#为两性型。将这3种油剂分别施覆于碳腈氯纶纤维表面,并对其抗静电性、摩擦性、抱合性、卷曲数和卷曲率等影响纤维可纺性因素进行初步分析和筛选。结果表明,2#油剂能够满足碳腈氯纶纤维的纺纱要求,可纺性好。
Three different types of spinning oils were designed according to the characteristics of static, poor cohesion and high rigidity of the fiber. The oiling agent 1 # was anionic, the oiling agent 2 # was cationic, the oiling agent 3 # was Bisexual. The three kinds of oil were applied to the surface of carbonitriles fiber, and its antistatic properties, friction, cohesion, crimp number and crimp rate of the factors that affect the spinnability of the fiber preliminary analysis and screening. The results show that 2 # oil can meet the requirements of spinning of carbonitriles with good spinnability.
