主塔施工是预应力混凝土(PC)斜拉桥施工的难点和控制工程,如高索塔施工中大体积混凝土、环向预应力、施工中高索塔测量等技术是极其复杂的。结合工程实例,讨论了双索面PC斜拉桥主塔施工技术,主塔施工实践证明,采用真空辅助压浆工艺,解决了预应力普通压浆不饱满的难题;有效的降温措施保证了大体积混凝土施工质量。
The construction of the main tower is a difficult point and control project for the construction of prestressed concrete (PC) cable-stayed bridges. Techniques such as mass concrete in high-rise tower construction, hoop prestressing and high-tower measurement during construction are extremely complicated. Combined with the engineering example, the construction technology of the main tower of double-cable PC cable-stayed bridge is discussed. The pylon construction practice proves that the vacuum assisted pressure-grouting technology can solve the problem that the pre-stressed common grouting is not full. Effective cooling measures ensure large Volume concrete construction quality.
