目的:分离三叶半夏和掌叶半夏的内生菌,并对分离的内生菌进行抗菌活性筛选。方法:采用组织块分离法从不同品种半夏中分离内生菌,并对分离所得内生菌进行初步鉴定。利用对峙法进行抗菌活性筛选,获得具有抑菌活性内生菌。结果:共分离得到内生菌39株,其中内生细菌15株、内生真菌24株。对峙法筛选实验结果表明:5株菌对大肠杆菌具有较强拮抗性,5株菌对金色葡萄球菌有较强拮抗性,4株菌对枯草杆菌有较强拮抗性。结论:半夏含有丰富的内生菌菌种资源,实验表明多株菌具有代谢抑菌活性物质的特性,在获取天然药用生物活性成分方面存在很大潜能。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate endophytic microorganisms from Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ternata, and to screen the isolated endophytes for antibacterial activity. Methods: Endophytic bacteria were isolated from different varieties of Pinellia ternata by tissue block method, and the endophytes isolated were identified preliminarily. The use of confrontation method for antibacterial activity screening to obtain endophytic bacteria with antibacterial activity. Results: 39 strains of endophytes were isolated, including 15 endophytic bacteria and 24 endophytic fungi. The confrontation method screening experiments showed that: 5 strains of Escherichia coli has strong antagonism, 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus was relatively antagonistic, 4 strains of Bacillus subtilis has strong antagonism. Conclusion: Pinellia is rich in endophytic fungi resources, experiments show that many strains of bacteria with the characteristics of antibacterial substances, there is great potential in obtaining natural medicinal bioactive ingredients.
