文章采用循环伏安法,在磁场环境中探讨了不同的磁场方向,磁场强度、镀膜电压、镀膜圈数等因素对聚苯胺(PANI)膜电化学性能的影响,并对PANI膜进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,在磁场环境中,采用循环伏安法制备PANI膜的较优化工艺条件是:磁场方向与电场方向互相垂直,磁场强度为0.4 T,镀膜电压的范围是-0.2~0.9 V,镀膜圈数为40圈。
In this paper, the influence of different magnetic field directions, magnetic field strength, coating voltage, number of coating rings and other factors on the electrochemical performance of polyaniline (PANI) films was investigated by using cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical properties of PANI films were investigated. Performance Testing. The results show that the optimal process conditions for the preparation of PANI film by cyclic voltammetry are: the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of the electric field are perpendicular to each other, the magnetic field strength is 0.4 T, the coating voltage is in the range of -0.2 to 0.9 V, The number is 40 laps.
