随着经济全球化的进一步发展,越来越多的外资企业进入中国,同样随之而来的企业管理模式也逐步进入国内并被更多的国有企业关注和研究。国有企业在激烈竞争的市场环境中求生存与发展,同时企业的稳定也被提到了更高的高度。近些年,越来越多国有企业在关注企业绩效(KPI)的同时,尝试通过员工帮助计划(EAP)来平衡职工工作与生活,以提高心理健康状况。
With the further development of economic globalization, more and more foreign-funded enterprises enter China. The same ensuing enterprise management mode gradually enters the domestic market and is more concerned and researched by more state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises in the highly competitive market environment for survival and development, while the stability of the enterprise has also been mentioned a higher level. In recent years, more and more state-owned enterprises have tried their best to balance the work and life of employees through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) while paying attention to the performance of enterprises (KPI) so as to improve their mental health status.
